Training, Skills and Human Capital Development—

Due to the shortage of trained personnel in the country which was directly caused by the previous Job
Reservation Act of the old regime we are dedicated to creating employment for Africans.

 

Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering has developed training programs in a bid to address the drastic skills shortage in the rewinding of AC/DC Motors, blower motors, Winch Motors, Vibrator Motors, Coils, Welding Machines, Fan motors and other machinery.

 

Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering has been and is still assisting clients in skills transfer. We train technical staff for a period of three months per employee.

 

Training in this area includes preventive maintenance (scheduled maintenance of machines).

 

We are also committed to sponsoring further education in the area of electrical winding and engineering. We have implemented an ongoing training program for our employees. We intend to absorb new skills and technologies as they unfold. This is the principle on which Zabalaza Electrical Winding and Engineering training
policy is based.
